The host, Joe, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and catered to our needs promptly. the modern and clean rooms boasted a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and stunning views of the lush garden. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily cleaning service available on request. Despite being just a short distance from the bustling First World, the peaceful ambiance of Ion Delemen was a welcome retreat. the hotel's strategic location made exploring Genting Highlands a breeze, with easy access to attractions like the Royal Selangor Pewter Factory and Visitor Centre. the accommodation itself was well-equipped with all the essential amenities, from a fully functional kitchen to a cozy seating area. Joe's hospitality truly made our experience memorable, from the seamless check-in process to his thoughtful follow-up messages. As a digital nomad, having access to stable wifi and a comfortable workspace is essential, and Grand Ion Delemen certainly delivered on that front. Overall, our time here was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the personalized service and modern comforts provided by Top Home.
